You can exchange anything, If your stuck on what to exchange here are some samples:

Posts for credits
regesteration for regesteration
posts for posts
topics for topics
credits for a olf website or forum
money for posts
money for a website
Or you can give out "freebees" where you do something like
*reply to this and I'll give you 5 credits, or 5 posts on your website* example
